John is the founder/director of “fairvalueconcepts.com”. A Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors for over 20 years John graduated from the College of Estate Management in London in 1969 with a First Class Honours degree after obtaining a Diploma in Agriculture at Harper Adams with Honours & Distinction. In 1984 he was awarded a Masters degree in Business Administration by The University of Newcastle upon Tyne. After a varied career in real estate both as an academic & professional surveyor, mainly concerned with valuation, John has recently been studying for a further Masters degree in Accounting & Finance at The Business School of The University of Buckingham.
